I learned the love of traveling from my father. Dad, who made me discover Livigno since I was little, in the 1980s. Magical place for him who came here to buy all the technological equipment he was so passionate about. Like the cameras with which he filmed the most important moments of my life and that of my sister. Memories that accompany me even today that he is no longer here. Growing up, I lost sight of Livigno a bit, attracted by other destinations. Until in the last years of dad's life I accompanied him again to the Alps, to show him the city he loved so much and where he dreamed of buying a house.
Before my eyes I found a new place, grew and changed. But he had preserved nature by choosing the path of sustainability. And in me, who left my stable and secure job to become an entrepreneur in the green world, a spark was lit. Almost by chance the opportunity to buy the Chalet presented itself to me. And I decided to do it to make it beautiful and eco-sustainable. With natural and low-impact materials as possible.
So every time I return here with my family I will see the memory of my father in every corner. Imagining it like in the photo I have on my phone screen: him and me, sitting together on a bench with the writing Livigno feels the Alps.
